The breakfast is nice, and it's great being close to a beautiful garden and the town center. the rooms are clean and come with a small kitchenette 😄.

Everything looks perfect. The hotel rooms are tidy and reasonably large with excellent breakfast. Breads and muffins for breakfast are a plus. This place is in a perfect location on lake karipiro. Furthermore, it's next to a waterfall and frogs, and local shops, restaurants, and navigating the area. Recommend while traveling to Cambridge.

I loved the super cozy bed in the double room I stayed in. the room also had a convenient kitchenette that had a microwave, electric kettle, and cooktop - perfect for quick meals! 🍳

The location of Conach House is ideal for a peaceful stay, as it is situated close to the Lake, Waitomo caves, Kiwi house, and a charming garden. You can easily walk to all these attractions from the house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Conach House Bed & Breakfast. the room was perfect for us and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette and bathroom. the BBQ and spa were a great addition to our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed using them. Lola, the adorable dog, was an absolute delight. the breakfast provided was delicious and the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions while still feeling like a relaxing holiday destination.

Guests have been delighted by the comfortable beds, spotless bedrooms, and excellent shower facilities. the hosts of this establishment provide exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even offer treats and surprises each day, making guests feel truly special.

The entrance to the reception area can be a bit difficult to locate initially, causing some confusion for first-time visitors.

Value for money was exceptional, with a beautiful room and access to a stunning backyard complete with hot tub and fire pit. The location was convenient, with a golf course nearby and a cafe across the street at the campground. The hosts, Lizz and Vaughan, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home with a cup of tea on arrival and a glass of wine after a day out. The bedroom was comfortable, spotless, and the shower was really good. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall and frogs in the pond. a perfect and lovely stay.

For breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have more options, especially in terms of disposing of rubbish. While the room had a small bathroom bin, it wasn't adequate for larger items, which posed a problem for those who were self-catering.

With Mystery Creek Events Centre, Hamilton Airport, Hamilton City, Hobbiton movie set, and Maungatautari Sanctury Mountain close by, and Waitomo. The world-famous gardens provided a picturesque setting for our walks, and the trail, divided into four sections, allowed us to experience the beauty of nature in a relaxed and family-friendly way. We couldn't have asked for a better location!

In my wife's opinion, the only thing our children wished for was a small play area or a playground on the property.

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit Mystery Creek Events Centre, Hamilton City, Hobbiton movie set, and Maungatautari Sanctuary Mountain. We were also able to explore Waitomo, Rotorua, and Mount Maunganui, all just a short one-hour drive away. , we enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll around the world-famous gardens, which were breathtaking. The breakfast provided was delicious and convenient, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. We would definitely come back for a longer stay!

For dads, it would be great to have a play area for children at the hotel.
